Dzikamai has over nine years of experience working in the justice and human rights sector in Zimbabwe. He is Coordinator of the National Transitional Justice Working Group (NTJWG), a platform established by 46 organizations focused on transitional justice in Zimbabwe to influence policy on matters relating to justice, accountability and social cohesion.

Dzikamai spent 6 weeks at the Presidential Precinct as a Mandela Washington Fellow. The Mandela Washington Fellowship is the flagship program of the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), which empowers young people through academic coursework, leadership training, and networking.
